President's Scholarship

Dear President’s Scholarship Candidate:

We are delighted that you have shown a genuine interest in making Gustavus your home for the next four years. We offer an extraordinary learning environment for serious students who are looking to make a difference in our world.

In addition to working closely with outstanding professors, coaches, conductors and more, when you come to Gustavus you will also be engaged with your fellow students. One of the strengths of our campus is our ability to attract high-caliber students to join the Gustavus community. It is that dynamic—the interaction between faculty and student, coach and athlete, conductor and musician, student and student—that creates such an extraordinary place.

The highly selective President’s Scholarship was established to reward our student leaders who excel academically with scholarship dollars for what they contribute to this community. I wish you well in your college search and I hope to see you on campus in the fall of 2014.

Best Regards,
Jack R. Ohle
President, Gustavus Adolphus College
